Hi there! I'm Kat, and I've been a dedicated registered dietitian for over 15 years. My passion lies in helping people just like you navigate the often confusing world of health and nutrition with ease and confidence.

I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, focusing on disease prevention and management, weight loss, food freedom, perimenopause support, glucose management and longevity. My true calling is supporting women with chronic gut issues and those who have struggled to find a balanced, stress-free approach to health.

What sets me apart? I'm an empathetic listener who genuinely cares about getting to the root cause of your health concerns. I believe in taking baby steps toward wellness, ensuring that the changes we make are sustainable and lasting.

But I don’t stop at diet and nutrition. Health is a holistic package, encompassing the foods we eat, our exercise habits, mindfulness, and mindset. I coach on all these aspects to help you feel your absolute best, both in body and mind.

I'm here to cut through the nutrition noise and help you see through the clutter of conflicting advice. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that works for you, without the stress and confusion.

When I'm not working, you can find me out in nature, climbing mountains—preferably on skis—mountain biking, rock climbing, or practicing and teaching yoga. I'm an avid reader and a lifelong learner, always eager to discover new things. I might drink a bit too much coffee…but we’re all working on something, right?
